Eric Clark serves as Manhattan Associates' president and chief executive officer and is a member of the board of directors. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Eric has a strong track record of driving innovation, digital transformation, and business growth. Prior to joining Manhattan Associates, Eric served as CEO of NTT DATA North America, where he led the launch of new, integrated solutions. As chief digital & strategy officer at NTT DATA Services, he spearheaded the company’s digital portfolio strategy, overseeing the development of cutting-edge insights and capabilities to help clients navigate IT modernization and digital transformation.
Earlier in his career, Eric held senior leadership roles at ServiceNow, Dell, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Ernst & Young, and Bank of America, where he played a key role in shaping global technology strategies and driving enterprise innovation. With extensive international experience, he has led global technology companies while living in Singapore and London, bringing a deep understanding of diverse markets and cross-cultural leadership.
He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
